What the day looks like

You are taking a morning off work to wait for us. So your time is the thing the schedule is built around, not ours.

Two people. One pickup. Four two-hour windows a day.

    You get a window, not a time

    Two hours wide. Nobody can promise 09:00 when the 09:00 job turns out to be someone else’s blocked drain.

  2. 02

    Ton calls 30 minutes ahead

    Every time. If we are running early we ask first — we never just turn up.

  3. 03

    More than 30 minutes late and the first clean is free

    Measured from the end of your window. ฿550 comes off the bill without you asking. A promise with no consequence attached is a slogan.

What we carry into your house

There is no shop. Everything is on the truck. This is the list that comes off it every single time.

  • 02Two furniture covers
  • 03The waterproof cleaning bag — nothing sprays past it
  • 04Two 25-litre waste tanks. The dirty water leaves with us; it does not go down your drain
  • 05A 130-bar pump and 60 litres of clean water, on the truck
  • 06A small vacuum, for the dust after drilling
  • 07Shoe covers — and we take our shoes off at the door, always
  • 08Six-step and twelve-step aluminium ladders

What to have ready

  • Clear about a metre under the unit — the table or shelf below it
  • One pickup space, as close as you can — our hose reaches 20 m
  • One working tap. If there isn’t one, say so and we bring water
  • Condo: tell the juristic office 1–3 days ahead. We send you both technicians’ ID copies and the vehicle registration to hand in
  • Shut pets in a room — the front door stays open while we carry gear in
  • If you rent, agree with the owner first who is paying

Most condos allow work Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 only. That is a condo rule, not ours, and it is why a Saturday condo booking is often turned away at the gate.

In the trade since 1997 — the first twelve years at a dealer service centre in Sriracha.

Inspects, decides whether a unit is worth repairing, brazes, pulls vacuum — and is the one who quotes.

The son · second technician

Natthaphong "Ton" Thong-yu

Came in full-time alongside his father in 2021.

Assists on installs, takes the electrical readings, does the cleaning, photographs before and after, and runs the phone and the diary.

Refrigerant is not a consumable

An air conditioner is a sealed system. Refrigerant is not consumed the way petrol is. If yours is low, it leaked out — and topping it up without finding the leak sells you the same gas twice.

We will not top up refrigerant without finding the leak first. Not even if you ask us to.

The leak test is ฿800. We quote the repair once we have found it. If it is not worth repairing, we say so.

What that refusal costs us: ฿1,200 and the easiest twenty minutes of the day.

Ton photographs every unit before and after, and sends them on LINE before we leave your house. Not as proof that we worked — they are yours, to compare against next time, and to show your landlord if you rent.
